So I just finished one of those Nike Training Club workouts from the iPhone app. Holy hell. It killed me. 30 minutes of me sweating like an animal and my heart beating out of my chest. My favorite part was minute 26 when I could just cool it and stretch. Seriously, I’d forgotten how much of a blessing stretching is. Ha. But even though my hands are shaking and it feels like someone punched me in the stomach, I’m happy.
And for now it’s time to get some protein and water and knock out. :)
